At neurthrive, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our trading education platform. We're based in Thailand and comply with applicable Thai data protection regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

  • Process payments securely and maintain accurate financial records

  • Ensure platform security and prevent unauthorized access
  • Comply with legal obligations under Thai law

Marketing Communications: We'll only send promotional emails if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe anytime through the link in every email we send.

Data Sharing and Third Parties

We work with a few trusted partners to run our platform effectively. Each has been carefully selected and is required to protect your data.

Service Providers We Use

Our payment processor handles transactions securely. We use cloud hosting services to store course materials and student data. Email service providers help us communicate with you. These companies can only access data necessary for their specific function and cannot use it for their own purposes.

Legal Requirements

Sometimes we're required by law to share information with authorities. This happens rarely, but we'll comply with valid legal requests from Thai government agencies. We'll notify you when legally permitted to do so.

In case of a business transfer or merger, your data would be transferred to the new owner, but this policy would continue to apply.

Your Rights Under Thai Law

Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act gives you significant control over your information. Here's what you can do:

  • Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: Ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data when it's no longer needed
  • Portability: Get your data in a structured format to transfer elsewhere
  • Objection: Object to certain processing activities, particularly marketing
  • Restriction: Limit how we process your data in specific situations
  • Withdrawal: Revoke consent you've previously given at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@neurthrive.com. We'll respond within 30 days as required by Thai law. Some requests might take longer if they're complex, but we'll keep you updated.

Note that certain rights have limitations. For example, we can't delete data we're legally required to keep for tax purposes.

Data Security Measures

We take security seriously, but we're also realistic. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Technical Safeguards

All data transmission uses SSL encryption. Our servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems. We encrypt sensitive data at rest, including payment information. Access to student data is restricted to authorized staff who need it to do their jobs.

Organizational Measures

Our team receives regular training on data protection. We conduct security audits periodically and update our practices based on findings. Passwords must meet strict requirements and are changed regularly.

If we experience a data breach that affects your information, we'll notify you and relevant authorities within 72 hours as required by Thai law.

Data Retention and Deletion

We don't keep your data forever. Retention periods depend on the type of information and legal requirements.

Active Student Data

While you're enrolled in courses, we maintain all necessary data to provide services. This includes your learning progress, course materials access, and communication history.

Post-Enrollment

After you complete or leave a course, we keep basic records for two years. This allows us to provide completion certificates and answer questions about your studies. Financial records are kept for seven years to comply with Thai tax regulations.

You can request early deletion of data not subject to legal retention requirements. Just contact us with your request.

International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers operate servers outside Thailand. When we transfer data internationally, we ensure adequate protection through standard contractual clauses approved by Thai authorities.

Your data might be processed in countries with different data protection laws than Thailand. We only work with partners who maintain security standards comparable to Thai requirements.

Children's Privacy

Our services are designed for adults interested in trading education. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years old without parental consent.

If you're under 18 and interested in our courses, please have a parent or guardian contact us. If we discover we've collected data from a minor without proper consent, we'll delete it promptly.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to make our platform work properly and remember your preferences. Essential cookies are necessary for basic functionality. Analytics cookies help us understand how students use the site.

You can control cookie settings through your browser, but disabling certain cookies might affect platform functionality. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

Changes to This Policy

We update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email and post a notice on our platform.

The "Last Updated" date at the top shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Complaints and Regulatory Authority

If you're not satisfied with how we handle your privacy concerns, you have the right to file a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee. We'd appreciate the opportunity to address issues directly first, but you can contact the regulatory authority at any time.

The Personal Data Protection Committee oversees compliance with Thai data protection laws and investigates complaints from individuals.
